Mrs. Vinita Soni is an enterprising and enthusiastic educator with 22 years of experience in the industry. She is an alumna of IIM Calcutta’s Executive Education Programme-EdLEAP (Education Leadership) and a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, recognized as a changemaker in education. With a Postgraduate Degree in English and a distinction in her Bachelor of Education, she also excelled in a course from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences on Designing Learning Experiences in an English Classroom. She places great importance on her professional commitments and holds academia in high esteem. Her guiding principles of consistency, determination, and a belief in continuous self-improvement provide her the zeal to embrace challenges.

Mrs. Vinita Soni believes that a growth mindset is not an inherent quality; instead, it is acquired and nurtured over the years with conscious effort. Her students’ impressive results in the Senior School Certificate Examination and the Secondary School Examination reflect her philosophy.  She believes the education landscape is evolving, making it essential for academia to collaborate and support every child’s emotional well-being. She believes educators must adopt innovative methods to mentor Gen Z and Gen Alpha, with Gen Beta entering schools in a few years.
