Job Description

  •  As an Admissions Counsellor you will be responsible for contacting parents, answering queries and ensuring a smooth admission process.
  • Should have prior experience using ERP/CRM based software.
  • Intermediate to Expert skills using MS Office.
  • Should be able to handle large call volumes (inbound and outbound).
  • Work collaboratively with other admission counsellors to generate reports, schedule assessments for prospective students, coordinate between teachers and parents etc.
  • Prior experience with educational institutions would be an added advantage.
