To maintain and develop HR policies and ensure compliance by all staff.
Provide counsel and assistance to employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Handle complaints and disciplinary proceedings as per the company policy.
Provide administrative support to academic and non- academic team.
Candidate should be able to handle the end to end recruitment process, schedule interviews, coordinate demos, written tests for candidates etc. Candidates should also be able to handle documentation, salary and PF related documents.
