National Science Day is celebrated to commemorate the remarkable contributions of our scientists and their invaluable impact on society. This day marks the discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman in 1928, a pivotal moment in Indian science.
On 28th February our school celebrated Science Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The theme for this year’s Science Day was “Indigenous Technology for Viksit Bharat”. Students from various grades participated actively in the class assembly and engaged in stimulating class activities to deepen their understanding of the concepts.
The day commenced with a captivating class assembly dedicated to the exploration of acids and bases, human anatomy and importance of nutrients in our lives. Students showcased their creativity through skits, presentations, and demonstrations. They elucidated the properties of acids and bases, their importance in everyday life, and their significance in various industries.
Following the assembly, students delved into hands-on activities to reinforce their knowledge of the science related concepts taught in their respective classes.
From the youngest minds in Grade I to the advanced thinkers in Grade VII, every student engaged wholeheartedly in exploring the concepts presented. Through hands-on experiments, interactive demonstrations, and lively discussions, they embraced the world of science with curiosity and excitement.
Science Day provided an enriching platform for students to explore the intriguing world of innovations and creativity. The event was a resounding success, fostering The spirit of curiosity.
