Grade III students at National Public School, NORTH celebrated the International Friendship Day on 5th August 2024, with a heartwarming assembly.
Students shared stories from around the world, showing how different cultures celebrate friendship. A delightful and energetic dance performance highlighted the joys of being kind and inclusive friends. All students dressed in yellow symbolized happiness and positivity in concurrence with the theme.
The assembly wrapped up with a powerful message through the teacher’s talk which highlighted that friendship knows no boundaries and enriches our lives.
Celebrating Friendship Day in school has lasting positive effects on students’ social, emotional, and academic development, contributing to a healthier and more vibrant school community.
