A Promise to Serve with Humility, and Inspire with Action
“If your actions encourage others to envision larger dreams, gain more knowledge, accomplish greater feats, and evolve, you are indeed a leader.” — John Quincy Adams
On 29 July 2025, National Public School – NORTH came alive with a palpable sense of excitement as a new cadre of students prepared to embrace their roles as office bearers. The Investiture Ceremony, a hallmark of leadership transition, attracted the keen attention of faculty and the entire student body, all eager to witness this pivotal moment.
The event commenced on a serene note, beginning with the soulful rendition of the school hymn, creating an ambience of reverence. A ceremonial march-past
followed, showcasing the unwavering spirit and camaraderie of the four houses: Aqua, Ignis, Terra, and Ventus. Dressed in their respective colours, the
students marched with pride, embodying the unity and strength that defines their school community.
As the ceremony progressed, the Principal, accompanied by the Deputy Head of Academics and the Senior Coordinator, took center stage, their presence radiating authority and inspiration. In a grand moment, they adorned the newly elected leaders with sashes and badges, symbols of the significant trust and responsibility entrusted to them. Each sash shimmered under the soft lights, embodying not just leadership, but the commitment to uphold the values of integrity and service. The oath of office was administered by the School Principal, and the newly elected leaders pledged their devotion to the vision of the school.
The ceremony drew to a close with a formal Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to the event’s success. Finally, the
National Anthem soared, echoing through the space, a powerful reminder of pride, purpose, and the boundless potential of each student. Here’s to our new
