Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a B.Ed. or equivalent degree in Education.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position at a reputed school.
- Excellent communication skills, sound academic knowledge, and strong organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall academic and administrative functioning of the assigned grades.
- Support teachers in effective curriculum delivery and assessment in line with CBSE guidelines.
- Monitor student performance, discipline, and well-being to ensure a positive and nurturing school environment.
- Coordinate parent communication, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), and academic review sessions.
- Facilitate teacher mentoring, professional training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the school leadership team.
- Ensure smooth and timely conduct of examinations, school events, and board-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Principal, Academic Dean, and other coordinators for policy execution and institutional development initiatives.
- Lead assemblies, school events, and student council activities to promote holistic development.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as required by the school and educational authorities.
