Senior Secondary Teacher (PGT)

Educational Qualification:

• Post-Graduation in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching Grades IX to XII (CBSE curriculum).

Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level preferably CBSE.
• Proven track record of excellent academic results and innovative classroom practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and school standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to monitor and evaluate student performance.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Guide students in board exam preparation, competitive exams, and subject enrichment activities.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records of students.
• Participate in curriculum planning, department meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support holistic student development.
• Contribute to school events, exhibitions, and other co-curricular activities as assigned.
