‘The world has enough for everyone’s need but not for everyone’s greed’.

The students of Grade VII B presented an assembly on Wednesday, 10th July 2024 based on the theme ‘World Population Day’ at National Public School -NORTH.

The assembly commenced with a powerful thought followed by an informative speech about the significance of World Population Day. Emphasis was placed on current population statistics, the challenges posed by rapid population growth. Students performed an engaging role play representing different countries, their population statistics, culture and heritage.

The teacher delivered an insightful speech on the impact of population growth on the environment and society.

The assembly served as a suitable platform to highlight the critical challenges and opportunities posed by global population trends and their impact on sustainable development, health, and well-being worldwide.
